Well the time has come to where I can get this project up and running. I've been working on this for over a year now and finally its become a reality. Starting in November I will be debuting the very first production CNC VG30 cylinder head. So far the work in the development of the intake port is showing us a 300+cfm cylinder head. These numbers aren't concrete but it is shaping up to be an excellent entry CNC offering. We are targeting around 330cfm. (I don't want to get into the debate/discussion about CFM so we'll save that for a later date. Please DO NOT make this thread about CFM flow numbers etc etc.) As an introductory rate I am offering the first 5-10 sets of CNC heads for $1800. Included machining is full surfacing, FULL CNC valve job and FULL CNC porting. List price for this work will retail for $2200. Additions such as finally assembly, upgraded valve guides and coating options will be an added feature if you are interested. I will be offering both street and race ports for this service. Currently right now we are only working on the 40P variant of the VG30 cylinder heads. 40P is the twinturbo model setup. I will however be offering CNC services for all other VG30 cylinder head variants (30p, 10y & 48P) So that means I will also be offering NA CNC options for you guys that want an ultimate cylinder head for an ALL Motor setup. I will request that if those of you that are interested in purchasing the CNC setups that you call me to discuss your project so I can accurately set you up with the correct version cylinder head (street or race) HP production is ONLY produced through the cylinder head so its VERY important you purchase the right setup for the intended use for your application. I do not want members here to buy something that could cause a loss in power due to an improper cylinder head setup for an engine that isn't setup to run such a profile.
